Planning for an A-level Physics lesson can be quite involved especially if you are new to teaching the subject. There are two excellent web sites to help you. The first one is Teaching A-Level Physics (TAP for short) and the second one is Practical Physics. Using these websites on a regular basis will really help your planning, give you new ideas and save you time in the long run. I wouldn’t advise to base your teaching scheme solely on the information given on these sites but they will get you eighty percent of the way there. I wish I had known about these sites when I started teaching Physics.
