During your day you will probably have things on your daily to do list that you are dreading. Every time you think of them it feels you with a sinking feeling and you spontaneously yawn. Often these things will be pushed down the list and appear again the next day and the next day. You may find that they are not done at all.
My advice would be to spend just fifteen minutes on the task you are dreading the most. Set the timer on your phone and just get on with it. You will be amazed how much you will get done and after fifteen minutes, if the task isn’t finished you may have the urge just to stay sat down to finish it. Give it ago.
